In all the countries where the group is present, the sales and development teams are in daily contact with customers, wholesalers, retailers and producers, to advise on varietal choices and provide technical support. Thanks to their experience, technical sales representatives know the needs, constraints and selection criteria of local populations in terms of vegetable seeds, inputs and tools, and are able to understand changes. They also know the soil and climate conditions and the growing conditions perfectly.
Their daily presence in the field guarantees clients reactivity and relevance in the advice provided. Customers also benefit from the dense network of stores set up year after year.
Indeed, the Group can count on a strong increase in the number of store openings over the past 5 years. The Group grew from 73 stores in 2013 to 133 stores in 2018. Novalliance’s objective is to reach at least 200 stores by 2025, in order to be as close as possible to its customers.
