At the head of the Novalliance Group, a Management Committee (CODIR), made up of 7 members, sets the long-term strategic direction and has formalized a strategy for 2030.
It relies on 3 business committees to steer and roll out this strategy, each within its own area of activity:
Strategy for the Group’s technical activities (research, seed production, crop management, quality control and diversification).
Strategy for rolling out industrial activities (seeds, agricultural inputs, etc.) and the Group’s brands (general public, professional).
Management strategy (seeds, diversification, inputs, professional and general public, etc.) and development of the Group’s distribution network.
