John Kwami M. AGBEVOR

Regionnal marketer

My name is John Kwami Agbevor. I was previously a Sales Manager at Togosem, and have been a Regional Marketer since February 2026. I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at university (Faculty of Economics and Management), which I later supplemented with a master’s degree in marketing. I’ve been working for the Group since 2014—Wednesday, June 11, to be exact. Before joining Novalliance, I started out as a sales representative in the consumer goods distribution sector. Today, my role primarily involves helping retail companies meet their sales targets.

Gilles FOURNIER

In September 2019, I joined the Novalliance Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Since then, I have continued to hold this position, even though my responsibilities and the challenges I face have changed significantly as the Group has grown.

Mélanie CHICHERY

General Manager, Technisem - Marketing Director for Vegetable Seeds, Group

I joined Technisem in 2008 and, at the time, held the position of assistant product manager for SOLANACEAE. I was fortunate to grow alongside Technisem: after taking on the role of head of product management and then marketing director, I became CEO of Technisem. At the same time, I serve as the Group Director of Vegetable Seed Marketing.
