The meeting was marked by sharing, cohesion and, above all, recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme included a review of activities carried out, future prospects, discussions, quizzes and moments of conviviality, providing a valuable opportunity to celebrate our successes and look ahead to the future together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But beyond the figures and projections, it was also a question of recognising the commitment of those who drive the organisation forward on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five employees were congratulated for the quality of their work and their professionalism. Nine employees received certificates of recognition for their loyalty and dedication to the group, reinforcing their sense of belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day ended on a particularly emotional note with the retirement ceremony for Mr Seydou Ouattara, Head of the Western Region. After more than 22 years of service at Nankosem, he leaves behind a legacy as a dedicated, rigorous man who was deeply committed to the company&#8217;s values.
