This mission was intense but essential and constructive. It enabled us to strengthen the teams&#8217; skills, share the Group&#8217;s vision, and better understand their operational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I began my mission with the annual meeting, where I led several sessions to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the Group&#8217;s fundamentals, including its governance, its 2030 strategy, our code of ethics, and our Oqualis quality policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present the Agroexcellence committee&#8217;s 2026 roadmap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Train teams in PowerPoint and give them some tips on Teams and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These discussions helped to strengthen understanding of how the Group operates and the challenges facing Distribution, and to give greater visibility to the 2026 priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e9623c076af291055e81643b0a9f96c6\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Creative workshop: first step towards a new visual identity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Mechac, the manager, we took advantage of the fact that all the employees were together to lead a first creative workshop with some of them to think about Semivoire&#8217;s future visual identity, planned for 2026. This collaborative work allowed us to gather their ideas and expectations in order to build an identity that reflects who they are and their reality in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3dd6705a3ed1d69462ea5690bfe61601\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong>On-site support in stores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I visited several stores in Korhogo, Ferkess\u00e9dougou, Bouak\u00e9, and Divo to assist teams in creating Psono accounts, accessing the private section of the Novalliance website, and monitoring store layouts in accordance with the defined charter. This allowed me to observe their practices in action, identify their needs, and reinforce the use of digital tools. In each city, I also met with several wholesalers to discuss their satisfaction and feedback on our products, as well as to strengthen the relationship of trust we have with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of my assignment, I was able to visit the site of the future headquarters, which is scheduled for delivery at the end of the year. This is a major project for Semivoire that will support its growth and improve working conditions for its teams with more space and greenery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-01e2dfa7735b616457d79f37374ec460\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Structure and develop communication Semivoire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, I worked closely with Hippolyte, the communications advisor, to support him on several key communications-related issues, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement the new organization for managing and tracking promotional items;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move forward with the chosen WhatsApp Business strategy, creating one account per store in the medium term;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalize the welcome booklet for new arrivals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a PowerPoint presentation for Semivoire and a Semivoire template that will be made available to the team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begin to recover the administration of all Google My Business listings for the 10 stores;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train him on the use of Forms with the creation of a satisfaction questionnaire for the annual meeting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or even the creation of an official \u201cNews and updates\u201d Teams channel to streamline internal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This assignment was particularly educational. We were able to make progress on several key communication projects for 2026 and lay solid foundations for more consistent and effective communication within Semivoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would like to warmly thank the entire Semivoire team for their welcome and commitment.
