Novalliance has therefore decided to take the digital turn by going even further in its digital transformation in order to continue to grow while keeping its assets, market shares, &#8230; but also to be able to adapt to new expectations. To talk about our digital transformation, we will henceforth use the slogan \u00abDigital Vision\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But how do we transform ourselves? <\/strong>An action plan has already been agreed with management and will be deployed at Group level from 2020. The objective is to work on this transformation through two pillars: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improve the customer experience (the result of every interaction a customer has with your business, from navigating the website to talking to customer service and receiving the product\/service they bought. Example: website, store, meeting, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve the employee experience within the Group and at the service of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">What is important to remember is the new \u00abDigital Vision\u00bb state of mind that will be promoted within Novalliance: understanding the issues that revolve around digital technology and making you aware that it is not only through varieties that we will distinguish ourselves tomorrow but also through an offer of complementary services.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRESENTATION OF THE DIGITAL COMMITTEE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Novalliance Group has started its digital shift and wishes to put the digital even more into our daily tasks. To achieve this goal and to create a reflection within this theme, a&nbsp;<strong>Digital Committee<\/strong>&nbsp;has been created. It meets one hour per month around an agenda previously defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 important words that guide our meetings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connectivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Working on the digital transformation of Novalliance through two pillars:<br>1. in charge of studying the project (framing, design, implementation, action plan, cost, deadline, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of the project either to the referring committees (Agroexcellence, Nova Industry, Novatech), or to GRIN committee for validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the project is validated, the implementation is carried out by a working group with the support of the digital committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Some examples of reflections carried out<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The launch of a survey for
