Our HR policy must be designed to enable us to support and promote your growth, as well as that of all our future collaborators. We are in a phase of growth and have implemented a strategy that will enable us to reach ambitious objectives by 2025. We project to have 1,000 collaborators by 2025, compared to 728 in 2022. The organizational strategies that we are establishing today must be able to produce certain results within 3 years<\/p>\n

Human resources are invited to innovate, and to try ad hoc and adapted methods of organization. We are an SME [Small and medium-sized company], but on an agile human scale. We believe that if we give a voice to our collaborators, this will be a source of personal fulfillment, initiative and the creation of values.<\/p>\n

Respect is at the center of our work. It is our most important value and one we practice with all members of our group. We can communicate well to one another and still encounter major differences of ideas and opinions. However, it is important to always maintain a level of courtesy. Respect also means respect for nature and the environment.<\/p>\n

  • A governance (3 executive bodies) which includes a diverse group of decision-makers ranging in age from 25 to 63 years old! We believe in a diversity of experiences and ages and the fact that they complement each other. We believe that \u00abtalent can not be measured in years\u00bb.<\/li>\n
